Improving the Learning Outcomes of Teachers
BA Learner is one of the innovative education solutions of the Bunmi Adedayo Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is committed to improving the learning outcomes of primary education in Nigeria. The ‘B’ and ‘A’ in the bealearner.org both stands as an acronym for Bunmi Adedayo and communicates a message to all educators to continue to learn and improve themselves for continuous efficiency and professional delivery. BA Learner is funded with the Google Impact Challenge Grants to train primary school teachers in different areas of competencies including but not limited to pedagogy, professional development, leadership, subject competencies, and best professional practices among many others.

AKIN ALAMU
Lead Consultant, Highrank Curriculum
Akin Alamu is an author, conference speaker, training contents developer and education sector development and management specialist with multi-sectoral experience spanning school planting and management, curriculum development and evaluation, teacher engagement/development, resources development and education marketing.
NANCY EKPEZU
Lead Consultant and Trainer, Pezu Smith Consulting
Nancy is a professional administrator, management consultant and life coach. She has worked in the education sector for over twenty-five years, fifteen of which were at the school leadership level. She is the founder of the Facebook group “Educational Administration” where she shares content on school administration, management, and personal development.
AYOPEJU NDIJEAKA
CEO, Nurture House Consulting
Njideka is the Chief Executive Officer of Nurture House Limited, an educational consultancy company committed to serving the Nigerian child by improving school leadership and quality of education in both private and public school. She has experience in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on instructional leadership, capacity building development and delivery.
ASHIEDU JUDE
Lead Consultant, Edujetage
Ashiedu Jude is the lead consultant at Edujetage, a platform to empower schoolteachers, institutions and educational service providers, in creating innovative lessons for diverse learners and commercializing their contents.
As a Microsoft Certified Educator, his global goal is to apply his ICT expertise to empower one million educators in the use of technology, by creating innovative lessons, to build up their intellectual property as entrepreneurs and to inspire learners with necessary core skills for sustainable development.
